Mac OS hackintosh for publishing Apps to Itunes??

Hi, currently i have not tried installing macintosh on my PC, but looking forward to it, as MACs are too costly.
I was wondering, would it is possible to use the unlicensed version of OSX for development and publishing of Iphone apps..??

If not, is there a solution other than buying a MAC :huh:
 
If you buy an original copy of OSX (not very expensive IINM) and then use it on your PC(via hackintosh), i think it should work.
