Need your help here my cousin (handset: Sony Ericsson Vivaz )is moving out to Manipal for her higher education and her mother (handset: really old BB) in Chennai wants to make video calls.

Can you guys tell me which phone her mother would need to buy to be able to make video call to her daughter ?
Do we need any special third party software (eg Skype or is the functionality build into the phone) ?
