Dear Members,

As you all must have known by now that we, at TechEnclave.com, are celebrating our 4th anniversary this month. Its an exciting time for all of us. We're proud and thankful to each member for having survived the last 4 years without any major issues. We're hopeful of continuing for many more years to come and we're sure we will have your support all the way.

To make this month even more memorable, we've a few announcements to make -

1. The Member of the Month and Rig of the Month, popularly known as MOTM/ROTM will be back very soon in its new avatar. We've made a few changes to the existing system and we believe the new system will be fair to everyone.

2. For senior members of TE (according to certain set criteria), we have the following goodies -

  • We've increased the allowed avatar dimensions to 120x120.
  • We've increased the allowed signature dimensions to 500x150.
  • We've increased the PM inbox limit to 250.
  • We've allowed the use of custom titles.

3. On popular demand, we've decided to open two new forum sections for our members -

  • The Mac OS forum.
  • Buying Guide forum.

4. We'll be making another BIG announcement in a day or two. So, hold your breath and wait for the next thread in announcement section.

Important Changes

  • We are implementing a Reputation Cap on non-tech sections. Henceforth, you will not be able to use the reputation feature in Non-Technology Sections. This change will be done retrospectively. (Expect full changes to be visible in a day or two)
  • Rotm/Motm tags in your profiles have been dropped but not lost. If you won Rotm/Motm in the past, you will get the credit when the new system is live.
