Send SMS to cancel data plan. Ex. CAN MI250 to cancel mobile internet 250 data plan in Vodafone. You can find out which plan is active from the bill. If no plan is mentioned it means that any net access will be charged at 40p/KB.

Does it mean better to go prepaid instead of postpaid ?

customer dissatisfaction is increasing day by day. these days, it's better to take pre-paid route if we have more than one service providers.

over the last 2~3 years, i've gradually got ridden of all the post-paid/AMC/subscription based services, except for water and electricity.
