Ohk so yesterday I got my powered usb hub which I ordered from ebay.
So I decided to play movies from my hard disk on my led.
But it didnt recognize the hdd because maybe theres is not enough current on those usb ports to make hdd run.
So I used my hub but still video is lagging.
So I tried using adapter of higher amp
So that it'll power hdd better.
But it doesnt
My led and hdd both stopped working:eek:
But as my led is in warranty I have already called the service center.
But can anybody help me with the hdd it is not spinning at all.

you mean you want to play games in your LED by directly connecting hdd with led ?. How is it possible ?

Yes its an external hdd as internal already with a power connecter..
And who said I play games in my led??
Its movies read again.
 
So you are using your LED TV to play movies via the USB ports. You also bought a USB HUB to increase speeds.

Now for the bad news - if the movie playback lagged - it was because the bitrate of the movie was too much for the onboard proccessing unit of the LED TV. Attaching a hub wont make any difference.
 
What led you have? . Size, full hd or hd ready? . What is the format which you played in it? Are all the movies lagging or only some of them? ..

Bro led is ok now engineer changed its motherboard...pcb was burnt...
Now I want is how to repair my hdd

If in Mumbai, hit Lemington road and ask few good shops about HDD repair. There is a shop in building at corner of Chunam Lane. Its way inside. I think first try should be swapping PCB of HDD.

Yeah its most probably the pcb.
I live in delhi will try nehru place..
