Yup, Kerala is one 'progressive' state which will throw out any party trying to mix religion and governance.

Exams are different but don't touch beef mutton chicken and eggs and alcohol.
Historical perspective of meat ban is interesting,
Moguls - Akbar the great initiated & implemented it first.

Historical?? You don't have to go back. Just go to mid east. Pork is banned in all countries. I never hear anyone apologizing for banning pork?
Typical selective outrage My wrongs are small. Yours are horrible.

What a banc**d govenment we have. UPA's first term was better than this.
Good to see so many people who love the idea of individual liberty and choice. I am assuming you had a similar response to the banning of Satanic Verses, The innocence of Muslims and the Red Sari in India
Guys. how about this!! All the people against bans get together and organize a public screening of 'The innocence of muslims', followed by 'Fitna' and then followed by a public reading of the Satanic Verses. Considering the wide protests against beef ban, you should have no problems getting supporters or money.
I hope some of you take lead and organize a fund raiser. I will contribute whatever I can.
