Has anyone tried playing Witcher using a controller ?

This was such a good game. I finished the older version and now want to play the Enhanced Edition.

And now that I have a bigger screen, I want to do that while sitting comfortably at the bed, using a controller.

Also since the game is GAME FOR WINDOWS, it should support a controller. Sadly that tag is just namesake.

I tried using XPADDER but didnt get any success.

Just wanted to know if anyone has tried doing that before ?

GAME FOR WINDOWS means it will for sure support xbox360 PC controller!.

Edit: ATARI says the tag "GAME FOR WINDOWS" is a misprint in this case..lol

controllers are not natively supported. people report that they have managed to get the 360 controller working with xpadder. you could try the pinnacle game profiler as well.

imo it's a mistake to try and play the witcher with a controller.
