I am not sure what's it actually called, pre-fetching, pre-rendering, whatever, the feature which loads a webpage when you are typing it's address on address bar, and when you hit enter the page will open without loading, I mean like opening something from a hard drive. Has that feature been taken down? I can see it enabled under Chrome's advanced settings, under privacy, the option called "Predict network actions to improve page load performance", but it's not taking any effect.
If you guys are unsure about what I am saying, I did record a screen video when it was actually enabled in Chrome,
So is it there now, or is it disable by Google for some reason? The only reason I kept using Chrome this long for this feautre alone only.
