Has Tataindicom started blocking sites?

I am not able to access uploaded.net with my tataindicom wired broadband connection. It just returns a blank page.
Anyone else facing this issue?
 
Use a VPN - i too faced the same issue with my ISP. Some nutcase lawyer thinks that blocking porn sites is going to stop or reduce crimes on women - wish he would do something about the drunkards and drug addicts.
 
Not just TATA but even BSNL broadband is blocking uploaded.net & adf.ly.

There's a simple workaround though.

For uploaded.net/ul.to use rapid8.com (premium link generator)
For adf.ly, use https
 
Hey guys not just TATA, BSNL. Even MTNL is blocking uploaded.net & adf.ly. In july months i am facing this issue. MTNL starts again blocking sites.:depressed::mad:
 
BTW, does anyone know what can be legally done to a person who is found accessing these 'blocked' sites?
 
Legally action Naah, But one thing will happen, His Ip will be notice by cyber crime section[Not sure].:p
 
I have tried to access these sites everyday, zedge doesn't work on my phone.

Www.adf.ly can be accessed by writing https instead of http.

Also see my post. DOT has banned the sites.
 
I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Maybe I am being quoted out of context :cat:
 
I just want to know who is the idiot who thinks that the ebook about 'The Stig' (and softwares) come in the blocked 'category' - guess he takes the comments made by Jeremy a bit too seriously :P
