has vista - SP-2 been released?

Hii guyz.. I have been visiting xda-developers forum lately regarding a mobile handset and i read many guys saying that they are using Windows vista "SERVICE PACK 2" in their pcs... I dont see any updates for sp2 in my vista ultimate edition.. is true tht vista's sp2 is out?
 
Maybe you Turned OFF Checking Automatic Windows Update for your PC. Do enable it and everything will be fine and updated :hap2:
 
I also came to know 2 weeks before ... my update was also enabled but it did not download the SP2 ...

I do not see any significant change however :O
 
hey thanks fellas... :) got the sp2 update though i cant c any significant change.. (expect arnd a gig of my hard drive gone :O) ....

btw.. any idea abt the official launch date of win 7....???

Go to a command prompt in admin mode and run compcln.exe
This will delete SP2 backup files and give you some of your HD space back.

Remember though that after this you won't be able to uninstall SP2 (if you want to do that ever).
