Hate Firefox Error

I got some sort of a virus which is not allowing me to use FIREFOX

Here is the error message

When ever I open firefox
it closes
What is the remedy
I am helpless without firefox

^lol, Obviously some virus or something.

1. Go to Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del)

2. Click on Process Tab

3. Delete only the svchost.exe of your user name

4. Type C:\heap41a in you address bar of your explorer and you can trace the folder for the virus

Fix by deleting the "svchost.exe" from "C:\heap41a"

5. You Are Done. :cheers:

Wow...i faced this exact same virus issue today! Fixed it with some help from google
