Hathway Ip Prob I Think?

hi friends,

Im using a hathway conx right now.its 256kbps unlimited dl.6 months back i made the outright purchase of my modem.since the new modem installed with a new ip i am not geting proper speeds.

Before installation of new mdem /w new ip

IE:22-25
p2p:22-24
torrent:20-22

After

IE: 18-20max
p2p: 15 around
torrent:4-6

is there any solution from you guys??? im from vile parle and im using hathwy for this unlimited plan only otherwise i would diched it long ago.

ive made more than 50 calls(this is ot a hyped figure), requesting to change my mdem and ip but they dont do so?

now is the judgement day if theres no solution for this then i'll just quit and shift to mtnl.

Trust me if anyone uses my conx then hathway sucks,it really does.wait till airtel introduces its service in mumbai,ill personally cal and abuse those ****ing good for nothing hahway employees.

Hathway Helpline: when u call the helpline one fag out of 1000's of them will ans ur call then he'll ask ur a/c no. , it will ake around 5mins to get the details for ur a/c.then he will ask ur prob and transfer it to some diff department.if speed prob then he will tell u to do some foolish thing like removinf the lan wire,resating ur pc,etc.assholes....
 
I have used a Hathway account for about 3 years now - I have upgraded my account quite a few times and at the moment I have the same account as yours. I purchased the Modem from Hathway when I got my first 64kbps account from them for I think 6000/- :(

Whenever I run into problems with Hathway (mostly all have been billing problems) I found that when I emailed ..

I get speeds as given under your "before" readings
 
u get 20-22 speds in torrents too???i thought they have blocked the ports.

did u ever had speed problems???

will Harpreet Chandok helpme if i contact him directly or need your reference???

btw im from vile parle what abt ur area , cuz these people are restricted to perticular areas!

I do not download torrents :) but my speeds are around 24 - 25KB/s for IE and P2P

Harpreet is a SHE :) and she is a sort of BOSS LADY - Manager Business Developement - I would think she looks after all areas of town - no need of my reference.

I am at Churchgate. I dont have any download speed probs but in evenings pages open a bit slow. :(

Airtel simply rocks , but here in mumbai hathway rules and it wont let airtel in easily.You know politics :bshit:

mtnl got the acess cuz it has the power to throw hathway, but those fools dont have an unlimted plan.

one sardar frnd of mine is named gurpeet :bleh: and there was a harpeet named person working in nokia care(mahim) . so got bit confused :P
