Well i was on 512kbps plan 6 months prepaid....which expires on 2nd may...i mailed them that i want to change to flexi unlimit 256kbps plan...but told them i want it done after 2nd may for which i have paid......today the guy took money for that plan and told i have to give a sign undertaking for same....i wrote the letter and again mentioned i want it after 2nd.......now i check my connection and it has been changed to that plan.....from past 2 days i was downloading my forwarded units...upto 20gb limit...had covered 9gb.......was thinking atleast ill cover till 12-15gb b4 it expires......
But see the plan has been changed ..so in all again cheated for 2 days.....
I would request new users too stay away from this cheaters.......i m waiting for tata to make some more attractive plan or ill try MO speed now and see and when the time comes will kick this ppl out now and will use MO and tata 2 mbps plan
