Now let me tell u that they look childish ..
i did not like them ....
but Do not get dishurted by it .. start trying again ... always look carefully the logos in profesional sites and try to understand why they look good !
download good books on digital imaging ... d/l tutorials .. learn how different buttons works and their functions .. play with different different functions .. modify the original tutorials and check out whta hapens ...u will definite make a better logo next time

Any specific reason why you've used elements such as the crown, Ganesh etc.? Also, care to explain why you've used colours the way you have? There's no reason to embed pictures (such as Ganesh) into a logo. Logos have to be vector so that they can be rescaled to any size you want. Also, simplicity is what you need. And throwing in rainbow colours, a crown, ganesh and cheap word play isn't going to get you there.
