Yes...it is a virus....as confirmed by some online scans too.(am online without anti-virus atm so cannot check personally.)

Though effects not known apart from a cursor change which is nullified on the reapplication of theme/cursors.

Had received that file in an April Fool's Email.

The application changes the Cursor to April Fool....

Had scanned with Symantec Antivirus.

Again, sorry for the trouble, had no intention of spreading the virus. Will take care in future before doing the same...
