Have any of you had a chat with lynx live support?.
I dont know who comes to chat with us and all...but boy is it irritating and unpleasant.
If its not amarbir himself, he should take a note of this. or if it is amarbir himself, dont do this to prospective customers, please mate.
I ordered a LCD mount amigo one about 10 days ago. it was not in stock then. now the status changed to "Awaiting payment".
I just wanted to know whether it was in stock and when can i expect the shipment? I wonder now was it too much to ask. maybe it was.:ashamed:
So went to live support. I said was m-jeri and order id and all...
and asked is it in stock and when can i expect the shipment?
right away the guy jumped on me like i was being rude or something.
The guy was like "This is not how we work", "I cant commit this", "I cant honour the commitment when others dont to me", "forget it", "Leave the order"....

:S..i was like wtf? I wanted it so i asked..."when can i expect the shipment" .. he said "its in the site", "my regular time is 15 days"....
So i said forget the order...
I usually liked over-excited-caps-only dealer. had bought stuff from him before too. but this made me feel like, i don't know...frustrated at the chat guy and to lynx.
If it was another guy..please amarbir say him to be more accommodating...
If it was you amarbir... please be more subtle.... I dont care how u run the business, just want the product mate. you could have said the "regular 15 days" plainly..but some of the lines before that was really unnecessary and not needed to the customer.
If i was rude or out of the line, i wouldn't have typed this long complaint. And it not a complaint, just a suggestion.
I for one will NOT be shopping from you again.
p.s. i should have copied the chat, but i was not feeling well..the chat was disturbing to me. like me chatting was irritating to him or something. It was only a 3 or 4 minute chat too.
