A busy man can get a guy to do other jobs... if he is too busy then one should learn to delegate or cut one or two of the things.... otherwise the dominoes will start to fall...

besides... here he has too many things to say..except for waht i needed...thats not busy..thats just ****ing rude..
 
^^ Dont try to justify whatever he did . It makes no sense for a customer to take any BS being thrown at him for no apparent reason. He's paying for the product, Amarbir is doing no favour to him and a basic code of conduct must be followed.

For Amarbir , I'd like to say that this forum is by no means different than the 'other' forum and if you keep up this rudeness then you might get to bid adios from this place soon as well.

Well to be honest..i started thins thread with no intention of any flaming..but..

if you are in some kinda pay roll with him then GTFO..spare me the wisdom you wanna spew.

I am not dealing with him again.period. i already said that in the first post.

I just wanted to share my bad exp..this guy is saying like i deserved it...

I am freaking paying him..he is not giving it for free...

But the customer has the right to discuss about it and inform the same to other customers isn't it?

That's the reason these kind of online forums exist.

Also, thread starter is trying to help the dealer, as he is a established dealer here, to correct the mistakes and not to loose his customer base. This thread is just a request/advice/suggestion to the dealer.
 
i agree with the above 2 guys,
personal i've dealt with him too with no problems.

but irrespective of the forums or people who he talked to, a customer is a customer, has the right to ask whatever he wants and not even buy anything, as a businessman, customer satisfaction should be priority even if he doesn't buy anything

u never know u might lose a very potential customer!!!

i m not at all his friend or anything

on the contrary i had a serious issue with him amd even the mods know that i used to rant abt him in the past

but all is past now

i just said he mite be busy sometimes that he may not be able to deal properly with some of the guys

dats it!!

@m-jeri- if u had one or many bad experiences with him, then stop dealing with him

dats all wat i said!!

and u urself said ur not going to deal with him any more

so just ignore him

there are may better dealers than him here also and other places as well

Worst excuse there.Every businessman is busy, this does not make them to behave rude with the customers.

I already said i am not dealing him with anymore..no need of ur advise for that.

If you are implying that there was no need for a thread then sorry. i just felt like creating one. if you cant stand it. no need to come here.
 
well i just think that everyone has his bad days, though after joining TE it looks like he's had one too many.

i have traded with amarbir before i joined TE and till date never faced an issue.

however he does get a little, ok not little, but quite hyper sometimes.

for eg. i gave my PC to him for some problem diagnosis and then got restless and kept visiting his shop to get updates on what was being done . well when i went the third time he did get a bit angry. now a good shopkeeper would have kept his anger under wraps but well as i said everyone is not perfect.

so to cut long story short i wouldn't stop dealing with him because he can't control his emotions sometimes, as i get pretty good deals and well he never abuses but as i said he gets a little excited.

only if he could work a little on his anger-management, it would do him and his business a world of good
 
I've had a very mixed response from him. Once he was friendly, helpful and patient but on another trade he was rude and impatient both over the phone and on chat.

I honestly don't know what to make of it. Like others and the OP, he tends to get a bit hyper at times but still overall, he's a good dealer.
 
I have been dealing with Amarbir for quite a long time before he even joined TE and his service has been exceptional.

The only weak point I observed in him is that he is quite emotional and impulsive. He is a very busy guy and he gets a lot of irritating customers (the nagging kind who if I were in his place, I would rather throw out of the shop) from not just locally, but from surrounding places and it doesn't help his impulsive nature dealing with such people and it probably throws him into a bad mood.

I guess m-jeri caught him during a bad mood swing leading to jeri's bad experience. It an unfortunate incident, but I sympathize with both jeri and Amarbir.

Actually that was exactly what i felt too...

i was the punching bag... but from a dealer to a customer its not the proper conduct..i dont care abt his issues and pblms, not even a bit. just want the deals.

Our local dealers..not matter how non techie they are...will never treat any customers like this...

Well This is What Happened To Your Order .I Am In the Process Of Migration From Old Design To New Design .I Am Keeping the customer In Full Knowledge In My Blog/News That What Is Going On .You Placed One Order Of a Product .The Order Was In Pending Stage .I Checked My Stocks And My Suppliers and Found Out That i Could Arrange From the supplier And Converted Your Order From Pending Into Waiting For Payment .Once That Was Done you Are suppose To Send Me Money And Not Ask Me Question Like is This In Stock Or Not .How Are you Assuming Its Not In Stock ,If It Is Not Then Why did I Convert the Order From Pending To Awaiting Payment .

Well Clearing Why I Cancelled your Order .Well I Can And will Work With a System I Have Laid For Working In My Website If You Are In Utter Rush Please Find Another Vendors There Are Many Out There As I Cannot Work The Way You Like Me To Reason ,I Have More that Thousands of customer Each One Has a suggestion For Me That Suits Him ,Have You People ever though What Suits Me NEVER .So If You Like To Deal With a Company Or Store Or For The Matter A Forum Like TE you Have To Follow The Rules Of The Same .If You Cannot follow The Rules Sorry We Can And will Not Deal With You .

And i asked this becoz i cannot see anywhere if the product is in stock or not. becoz of your glorious site layout and caps lock assault.

for the umpteenth time, my dear man, WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS. we pay for something, just give it to us in a ACCEPTABLE time. not at the spot, just acceptable.please ok.

I started this thread as a request and with due respect to your age and experience, you are still a arrogant person.

I never said to others how to do their thing. becoz they know better. but for god's sake learn somethings from the other dealers in this site man.
