Having troubles with I7500

hi,
Just recently bought the I7500 galaxy...but the New PC studio they bundled with it is not working on my pc...

the Cd says it is compatible with vista ..but the software hangs every time i start it...

Also when i simply use the device as mass storage..i am unable to see the files that i copied onto the phone...for ex... the mp3 and video files...

please help.........
 
thanx for the advice..will try it on XP...

Had another problem too...the youtube widget that comes installed does not play all the videos which are there on youtube...is it a problem with the widget or the network connection..
 
a few video's loaded..so i think its just a network issue... thanks for the advice...will check out after connecting it to a wifi network....

If any one has any other opinions please do let me know
 
The youtube videos are not opening up on my edge network on airtel...is there any setting which i need to change to get the youtube working....please help
