Laptops HCL ME vs ACer vs COMpaq

After going through specs my needs, I have 3 laptops in my purview:

Acer 5738g - 40,990
HCL Z3939 - 42,990
Compaq CQ40 616 TU - 42,490

All of the share common specs Core 2, 4 GB DDR2, 320 GB 7200 RPM, etc.

I am planning to gift this to my wife who is into multimedia (flash etc) and I will also be using this for Video encoding (HD videos/ DVD / BluRay) also may be connect my DacMagic to thsis listen to audio using a USB - Toso convertor with foobar.

eZone has a 10% cash back so all price will come down by 4k. So for a budget of 40k max with pre-loaded o/s which one is the best bet?
 
Looks like 5785G seems to be the best choice. Its coems to 36889 rs with 1gm gold coin at eZone. Does it make sense to buy the G model, as she wqont play any game and I would go only occasional media encoding? 5785 is 35100 + 1 gm gold coin
 
I don't have personal experience, but reading few review, user post etc. I can say for build quality Compaq, Lenevo & Dell.
