the problem is that i cant use dxva in mpc-hc(no external codecs installed)
i tried win xp(black screen, no audio) and win 7 (green screen, with audio).
i tried vlc (with hardware acceleration enabled) it plays the video but no gpu activity and cpu at 20%.
i think it is due to the drivers plz help.
