Graphic Cards HD 4670 giving problems

Guys, My card is giving me colored lines/symbols and everything on startup.
cant reach the desktop even, a BSOD occurs..

Temps: fine
Driver: stable

Any suggestions?

Its a sapphire HD 4670, whats the procedure for RMA?

in terms of sapphire imo you will need to contact the guy you initially got your card from.the rma process starts with him
 
In my MSI RMA case I called up MSI call-center and they re-directed me to the closest service center from where the rest was

1) Submission of CARD -- RECEIPT taken,

2) Identification of FAULT -- case transferred to MSI representative,

3) MSI rep promises a new card to replace my fried piece,

4) Two weeks later walk out of SP for a brand new HAWK edition card.
