Graphic Cards HD 5770 or 4870 or 5750, which 1 shuld buy ?

Hi guys, i am confused about buying graphics card.
I made up my mind for buying AMD ATI Radeon HD 5770.
Some people say "dont buy this card it will waste of money , 4870 is way ahead of 5770 "
.
Then i made up my mind for buying 4870 1 gb , then Some people say "dont buy this card it dx10.1 , 5750 supports dx 11 and is future proof more than 4870 ".

Don't know what to do .

pleese suggest me a card that shuld run GTA IV , COD MW 2 , FIFA 2010 and all current day games at max settings and smoothly.

Within the budget of Rs 7000.
I am planning to buy the cards from chandni chowk kolkata, suggest me a shop where i will get cards at low cost and a proper after sales service.
My well known shops are - Saboo Comp, Berelia , Velocity .
 
ATI 5770 - 10.5k
ATI 5750 -9k
ATI 4870 51mb - 8.5k

So none of the cards come within your budget of 7k

Secondly you should change your psu if you decide to get ATI 4870

ATI 4770 - 7.1k is the best choice keeping your budget and your psu in mind

Lastly dude don't give up hope on you XFX 8600gt

Take the bill of the shop and go to Rashi Peripherals. They handle RMA for XFX throughout India ( in Kolkata also )

Unless your XFX 8600gt is a parallel import XFX will handle it

Shops : Arihant , Vedant , Tirupati Enterprise ( Distributor of sapphire, powercolor , MSI )

ATI 4870 1gb is not available anywhere in Chandni except Tirupati Enterprise

Don't lose hope with XFX 8600gt

Lastly if you keep your psu then best choices are ATI 4770 and ATI 5770

Black market good without warranty for India

It must have been swapped from Harbour Port or brought in India illegally

and regarding saboo. my product is original as i registered its serial no . on xfx. and they said this is genuine.

it is imported by akshay enterprises, do i will be able to get warranty from rashi ?

Take the bill and threaten them to go to consumer court if they don't give warranty

Go to Saboo and tell them that since the card is under warranty and since u bought it from their shop it's also partly their resposibility to solve this matter

You are not begging for something

Its your right and stand up for it as the card's under warranty
 
thnx for helping so much anubis, could you kindly confirm that sending this card through courier , from kolkata to tsuen wan , hong kong requires a shipment charge of Rs. 2000.

I live in a rural area but i travel a lot to kolkata.

I have no idea of shipping charges

But do keep in mind your monitor before buying anything new

You need to change your monitor if you plan on buying any of the cards you mentioned earlier
 
regarding 8600 gt , how can i argue with people of saboo. I have a good relation with them.

hey i called up saboo , that son of bitc* says warranty is according to importer, which is akshay enterprise and they provide only 1 year warranty.
again the same problem , what should i do ??

ATI 4870 is overkill for a 17" monitor

ATI 4670 would do the job

AT max ATI 4850

I left Saboo long time back and so did all of my friends

Buy gfx from Arihant , Vedant , Tirupati or order online

No to supreme , saboo , technocrat , velocity etc

Overkill means it that it won't be required for your 17" monitor

It supports your monitor but ATI 4870 is not required for 17" monitor

ATI 4670 and ATI 4850 (max) can handle all your needs on a 17" monitor
 
thnx for clearing bhai, could you tell the current prices of Ati 4670 and 4850 in Arihant , Vedant and Tirupati, and their contact details and address.

please look on the bill . definetly you must have brought somthing from them.
