HD Progressive Comcorder.

Folks,

Am going to get a HD Cam for myself (going to be dad in May end!) and for same am going through reviews, found myself below one, let me know your comments for same. Also any other suggestions are welcome:

Form the reviews that i have seen its a pretty good piece of Hardware, the only problem might be the format AVCHD, not many video editing tools support it.

dude if ur planning to spend on an hd camcorder y nt opt for sony:

now i dont hav any knowledge about this model but for under <$800 it seems a gr8 buy.. an after all its a sony: dcr sr 10.. !
