Very few spare sectors are left of your HDD,run seatools SMART test to see if their are any errors and if their are no errors then your HDD is fine.....remember one thing Seagate will replace your HDD if it fails SMART test through seatools.....For your satisfaction you can run Error scan in HD Tune also....

Rellocated sector count is spare sectors in your HDD which helps HDD to transfer your data to spare sector if any sector is getting damaged.....HD shows this warning when very few spare sectors are left..... Run seatools and HD Tune error scan to see if it shows any bad sectors

I noticed that your HDD is at 48 deg !!! that's way too hot.

also remember to monitor the bad sectors in your hdd, schedule a chkdisk command at your next boot for th ehdd.. note the results of bad sectors and report.

this level of bad sectors as reported by your proggy is not enough to warrant a replacement..

Seatools Smart test works perfectly and shows no error and error scan in HD tune pro also shows perfect, But i had the problem,
My Hard disk is 250gb, but see the image below,

myharddisk.jpg

The total size shows for C, D and E is 19.5+82+49.9GB = 151gb only, another 90gb cannot be able to format in the E partition, If i put any video file in the E partition (more than approx. 300Mb) the whole system hangs, I didn't understand what the problem is.

I got this hard disk 1.5 yrs ago, But i didn't use this pc as much of time, so i cannot address this problem in this thread, But now this system returns into my responsible(my sister uses this system in last year). So please help me to get the solution.
