Graphic Cards HD7950 CF or Not ?

Slow in what way? Is it just the UI responsiveness or the whole system? Did you install all the drivers for your hardware? Go to device manager and check for any issues..

First update the drivers to the Crimson suite, if that doesn't fix things check if you're facing the same issues by running off onboard graphics or on another gpu if you can borrow from a friend. If the issue still persists run HD tune and memtest to check other components.

HD Tune & Memtest done no errors found. Also update crimson suite but no luck.[DOUBLEPOST=1449630775][/DOUBLEPOST]

Slow means sluggish response, take more time to boot. Sometimes during game system get hang (game stuck, no response.) Need to press ctrl+alt+del to end the game process.

There are number of ways to do it and this is definitely one good way to go about it. There is no such thing as the "only (good) way" to do it..

I don't even mind if AMD had developed a closed source version of the said libraries and worked with game developers to get them integrated just like nvidia. See, this is want I want from AMD... Actions that lead to positive results. They speak louder than just whining about the competition.
