May not be helpful but if you have the experience (or are daring enough) you can shuck one of these https://www.amazon.in/Seagate-Expansion-Desktop-External-Drive/dp/B086M1FD4M It has Seagate EXOS within it and in my opinion gives the most bang for your buck. It is good enough for your NAS (though the Iron Wolf range is better suited but costs atleast double the price) and excellent for Destop use.

Forget low priced hdd for now. I sold couple of 8tbs for 18k 3 days back.
Also would be helpful if budget is mentioned.
