Thanks...I took it to the Accel Frontline center in Bangalore.
They took the drive & told 15 days for return.
But the people who were there taking the drive & entering it into the system didn't even know what Seatools was. So I think it would've been useless to take the printouts. When I told the drive had Bad Sector in it, they still wrote it as not working.
The way they handled the drive was shocking. I suppose Seagate has some packaging instructions for shipping the drives. What they did was just put it in the plastic cover (not the hard one) & dumped it into a box. Not even arranging the drives properly in the box. They were just DUMPED in there.
The same box was carried by a person on a moped. It was not taped, just tied.
I guess I should've taken video or pics......
