hdfc netsafe problem

Anyone else uses hdfc netsafe here? I have been trying to make a vcc card since evening (to pay for namecheap 1.99$ offer) but it isn't working. Netsafe site comes up with login session expired message and asks to relogin. Tried both in IE and chrome. Anyone else getting the same error?
 
It's not surprising to get that error. The server must be under maintenance. Last week also they were not working.

Check after sometime later, hope they'll resolve it soob.

Itcha hoti hai to kar deta hai inform. Otherwise they let customer suffer!

^... That's correct.. It stops working anytime & resumes whenever it feels like. Happened to me a lot. Most of the time it tells me that I am not registered to netsafe... :rofl:
