right angled means the hdmi cable is bent at right angle, something like this

Yup, so that the cable-head sits flush into the back of the device....useful especially for wall mounted TVs and such.

Ok i'm not really sure at this but when i pushed the cable again and again the display came up so is this problem with HDMI cable or Monitor HDMI plug ? How do i identify that ?

Did u try reversing the cable ? Also, dont push too hard, the HDMI ports on the devices are rather fragile.Unwanted tug/pull/pressure on the cable in the vertical up/down directions can easily break the port,so make sure the cable is connected freely to the port and is not in a path where people might accidentally trip over it.

Its working now but what could be the problem cable or monitor hdmi socket ?
you cant say that directly, get a new cable and check. Pinpointing the culprit is out of my hand.
