i am looking to buy an 42-46 INCH LCD or plasma TV currently i had an offer for Panasonic PLASMA

Model P46U20D FOR 58,000 Rupees of course i am not worried abt content play as i am prepared to buy Asus o play Mini

What are the other model/brands i have look for within my price range of Rs. 60000.

Actually i was inclined towards Samsung but i have heard abt the lottery system the follow for the panels .So,Now i cannot form an opinion on whether to go with them or not. plz help me with this

Another tempting thing is today i have an offer on Panasonic model thru which i may get discount of 2000-3000 Rupees

and their Standard 3 year warrnty

It says In Plane Switching Panel heard of spva but not this one is it good or bad any insights please?

and also tell me about the Consideration of plasmas in Panasonic

afaik if going for large screen in 46" size better to go with plasma, panasonic is worlds best in making plasma tvs and they give 3yrs warranty also,
so if its plasma go with panasonic
regarding spva and ips technology both have there pros and cons
spva provides better contrast and black levels but have poor viewing angle
while ips provides better viewing angle but lower contrast and black level
best way to decide is go out and compare them in the shop and see yourself.
