Google has released a new app called Primer which helps startups to learn about marketing. Interestingly the app is iOS only as of now and Android version yet to be released.

Google, company behind Android, knows which gets the priority ;-)

I think Google playing safe by testing the app on the relatively smaller market, to iron out all the bugs before it outs it for its main market. Stop feeling elite test dummies:pdummies
P's-no offense guys, just kidding

I understand the whole thread is a bit tongue in cheek, but for anyone wondering, the real reason is because Google have entirely separate teams for Android and iOS apps, running on independent schedules. This is not the first time something like this has happened either. Hangouts for iOS received many features before the Android version. It's not in Google's interests to hold back the iOS app team since they profit when people use their services, regardless of platform.

^it's same everywhere. It's very easy to develop for iOS and then they will be ported to Android.

While a large number of developers do that (especially giants like Facebook and such), that's not how it works at Google. They don't wait for the iOS team to finish and then port to Android or vice versa. They're quite simply two different teams on different schedules and milestones.
