Audio Headphone for 1k

Hey all,
i want to buy a pair of headphones under 1k.. im thinking of buying the Philips SHP 2700 from flipkart for about 950 rs.
id prefer headphones which have sound quality like the JVC Marshmallow (i got it recently and loved it)..
preferably a bit of noise cancelling should be there..

since the SHP 2700 is very old model (4 years i guess?) id like to know about the newer ones which i can get within my budget.
