Headphone repairs?

I have Philips HP195 cans at office. The sound is coming only from one of the sides. How and where can i get it repaired?

Is it possible to repair it myself?
 
the wire is usually enamelled and kinda hard to solder yourself.

take it to those electronics repair shop, and get them repaired. to be on the safe side , ask them to change the wire as well. but depending on the type of repair shop you take it to , it should cost anywhere from 100 Rs + . it might be better to buy a new one ;)
