Audio Headphone under 4k

As title says frnds plz advice a good headphone max budget is 4k
my razer electra has been lost they were awesome though :)

1. I am not bass freak but still want it

2. has to be comfortable i can listen music for hrs or can watch full movies with it

3. a bit of gaming use not too much

4. must be good quality material.
