Hell with vodafone CC

I m a vodafone postpaid mumbai subscriber since 4yrs. Currently m in pune. My dad paid my bill via cheque just a day before my bill due date expiry (22dec). But till now the payment havent been received at their end. And worst is when i called 111 customer care, they said we cannot help you and you have to dial the mumbai cc no 9820098200 which is chargeable and only those people can help you out. WTF?? :@arent we suppose to get any help while on roaming from local 111 cc helpline??:@:(

Then whats the point of having a cc if its of no use and is chargeable??:huh:

I have sms them the chq no. and amount paid now lets see.

Still can you guys help me out to whom shall i fire an email for this bill payment issue?

Also, i have activated Rs.35/- 350 local sms free sms pack which i have to deactivate. I smsed CAN SMS10 to 111, is this proper way to deactivate this pack or is there any other way via sms?? As vodafone website doesnt show how to deactivate services.
 
Vodafone is no more as good as they were 2 years back. Go to their tweeter account & tweet about your problem it's the ONLY effective way else NO ONE can help you at Vodafone. Think about MNP
 
Just drop a mail to the nodal officer with the applet officer in cc and that too from your corporate Email Id (If u have one). Within hour you will get a call from some person asking about your details and also mention in the mail that you are not responsible for the delay of the payment cause u made it before the dew date.

search for 'vodafone nodal officer mumbai' to get his email id also get the applets ids and drop a mail it to them

did you get any confirmation mail that the sms pack/service is deactivated? if not than service is still enabled on your number & amount will be charged from you.

After 111 & 9820098200 now contact 198 & share your number with .... :( merry go round starts for you lets hope will settled in week & didn't took months.

I did what you asked for.

What if i pay the amount again via cash and you still get that cheque amount en-cashed, will the double payment adjusted in my next billing cycle?
