otorhinolaryngologist - what is that and how do u pronounce it?

i knew many a tech tongues will be twisted with that spelling.

it is oto-rhino-laryngo-log(y)-ist

in pure simle terms it means ear-nose-throat diseases specialist.

i am an ENT surgeon.
