Greetings everyone!

Just thought I'd introduce myself in here even though I've been around since July. A budding audiophile, own about 7-8 pairs of IEMs and just one pair of portable headphones so far - Koss PortaPro.

I'm a huge technology enthusiast and gadget geek. I consider myself as someone who enjoys recommending products to people depending on their tastes and budget (I've done it all my life, along with providing tech support to almost everyone I've ever known). Huge Android enthusiast, love taking part in Apple v/s Google debate (even though I do own a MBP). Own a HTC Desire (bought it before it was launched here in India, in May) and keep myself abreast with Android related news on almost a daily basis.

I'm also an online shopping addict, and love reading thoughts of my fellow TechEnclave users about shipping woes, customs and everything else.

Looking forward to engage in a lot of meaningful discussions and debates in the future.

Cheers.

Welcome laemo! I hate to stereotype you, but yeah most of us are sailing the same (sinking?) boat :gap:

Hearty Welcome to TE! What IEMs do you own?

I am a budget IEM guy so far (hence budding audiophile - want to work my way up towards aural nirvana :D) - here's what I own:

Monster Turbine (well, they're yet to arrive), entire MEElectronics range (huge fan of their stuff, bought almost all of their stuff on promo) - SX-31P, R1, M2P, M6, M9, and M11P+, Philips SHE 9621, and a pair of Sony IEMs whose model I don't remember (bought them 2-3 years ago).

I've additionally auditioned a few IEMs/headphones: Denon C700, SoundMagic PL21, PL50, RE-zero, Sennheiser PX100, PX200, HD 555, a few other Sony cans.

Haha, yes, thank you! I hope to learn a thing or two reading up the forums here. Since I've mostly just explored the $50 price point, hopefully with Turbines and other IEMs which I'll purchase in 2011, I'll be moving towards the $100+ mark hopefully :D

Laemo, welcome to the forum! As you can see, there are a lot of like minded people here. See you around.

Hi welcome to TE. I am sure that you will be able to expand your musical horizon and share some of your thoughts on the same.
