i had heard lot about TE but never accessed , but this time couldn't resist myself.. found this place nicer than i heard.. am obliged to be member of this TE... hope for greater experience ahead...

Afaik, new members can only send pm after they have spent some decent time here and only then further privileges are unlocked. You can hop over to the FAQ/Rules section for further clarifications.
 
Welcome. Very few (or none?) members from J&K here I believe. You need to stay here for some time and interact before you can send PMs.

When you make some useful posts and start some engaging threads in the technical sections you get moved to the Upgraded usergroup and gain full membership to the forums. ;)

I see you have posted only in the market and introduction section till now. :rage:
