This is Mohan From Mumbai. I have been into BBS/IRC for a long time but couldn't pursue it for long as life took its own path but I am back here and willing to spend some quality time whenever possible.

I believe the Rules should be accessible from the main navigation.

It just makes things more visible and apparent for all the newcomers.

Most ideal thing would be to give the link along with the default PM(greeting) a new user receives when he/she logs in for the first time. Or have a permanent link in the profile if its the first page the new user sees after the first log in.
