Hello-- Looking for a Sticky about getting electronics from abroad

Hi, I'm new here and a friend told me about a thread here that deals with people buying things from out of india and bringing it over for a fee.
Could anyone point me to that thread if it exists ? I plan to buy a Nexus 10, but it's way too costly here in India, so I was looking for someone to bring one if they're traveling abroad and back.
