Also check if your credit card has been charged or not. I had a problem with Indmall once where there was a problem with the transaction though it showed me that it was successful. I mailed them and they told me that there was a problem and my credit card was not charged. they asked me to place the order again. Also avoid placing orders on sunday as they do their site updation and server maintainance on sundays
 
Ambar, if you haven't received your keyboard AND you haven't received a response from ITdepot on shipment status, maybe I can help... PM me.
 
call em up if they havent replied by email ... or contact RiO as he is ready to help :)
 
lol dont shout your head off ... give them all the transaction details and everything and simply ask them what happened & ship it asap to your place ...
its always better to call rather than emailing ...the vendors , online or offline are not that active on the net like us :)
 
I'm guessing they don't have it in stock and therefore it hasn't shipped... either way, we'll find out soon. Nothing to lose sleep over.
 
Ok i recieved an Email from Vinod(thanks to RiO) day before yesterday

Here it is :

Dear Mr. Ambar,

The keyboard is currenty not available and we are trying to source a unit,

we will try til the Monday and get back to you else we would immd without delay refund the

value paid by you.

Sorry about the delay, do you have any other concern please do revert we would be keen to address the same
