Hi,
Today my KIS 2012 is showing unprocessed threat ( PDM.Keylogger / Kernel Mode memory patch ) found for which weirdly it can't find any solution !!!!
I have been using Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 for a while now.
In the past few days i have installed:
Photoscape, Picasa, CPU-Z, Meta data removal utilities.
I don't think any of the above may have caused the problem.
I have tried to remove it using the KIS 2012 but to no avail.
When i click on the 'FIX' option to neutralize the threat, no action is performed.
When i click on 'Open the initial file location' no action is performed by KIS 2012.
When i click on 'Threat Description' on the threat I am redirected to this page Description - Securelist
While I am searching for a solution through google myself I am just posting it here also, so that if anyone has gone through a similar situation might have some knowledge which might be very helpful to me. If I find any solution I'll post it here for the benefit of others.
Any info on this threat will be helpful . . .
