help bsnl broadband...not enough spped..

i have recently upgraded to their latest high speed unlimited monthly 1445 ru plan
which consist of 2mbps till 20 gb and after that 1 mbps unlimited..
now at 1mbps speed i cant watch even youtube videos as 240p quality??
not even in night..
they have changed the cable which makes my connection preety stable but waht is the proble?
is there any way to solve this??
i was trying to watch on my note 3..
and now download speed is around 40 to 50 knps..
i know this must not be happening as in the begining of the plan speed was 250-80 kbps download noiw its like 512kbps plan speed..
whats wrong?
should i talk to bsnl cc?
or any way to resolve it?
 
^ Catch hold of the local lineman to check the connection line again, AND get the local ADSL troubleshooting person visit your place as well.
Make both of them work in tandem somehow.

The ADSL guy will be summoned via BSNL's helpline number, where the call center will direct him to visit your house.
Get his personal mobile number when he visits your place. The call center people well maybe jokers and will send your other requests in 24-48 hrs worth of queue.
 
OK thanks... It's pathetic now.. I just moved from. Private net and now facing this straight problem of net speed. Private dude have good speed but very bad stable connection.. I fed up and now even after spending 1500rs per month plan bsnl just sucks
 
Go to router page and post your SNR & Attenuation value...
In past with bsnl my SNR value was below 15& was facing same problem... They will change line and main Junction box to improve it...
In here bsnl have very good service, just register your complaint via telephone or via bsnl website or if you have time just visit their office...
