PC Peripherals Help build a PC - urgent

I'm buying a PC in 2 or 3 day. I have shortlisted few components. Please let me know if anything else is to be changed .. My budget is 25 to 28k ..

Cabinet - NZXT Gamma Black Steel Mid-Tower Case - 1.8
PSU - Seasonic 380W PowerSupply (S12II-380)
Monitor - Samsung 20" 2033
HDD - Western Digital / Samsung / Seagate 500GB
RAM - 2GB DDR3 Kingston
Processor - AMD ?? - Budget 5.5k(Maximum)
RAM - ASUS/Biostar/Gigabyte or any other brand - 5.5k(Maximum)

My purpose is gaming, browsing, movies, songs, downloading, video conversion..

ECS 785GM-M - 4.5k

Gskill DDR3 2gb stick - 2.7k

Dell S2009W 20" - 6.5k

WD blue 500gb - 2.5k

Lg or Samsung Optical Drive SATA - 1.1k

NZXT Gamma - 2k

Gigabyte Superb 460W - 2.2k

Sapphire HD5670 512mb - 5.5k

About 30k slightly over the budget but good ............

yeah I have all components except GPU. I'm waiting for DX11 card and moreover my budget is little tight now so not opting GPU as of now .. Few motherboard have inbuilt GPU i guess if i'm not wrong .. So, I thought of managing with it for few months ..

Are cabinets like i-Ball Gamer and i-Ball stunner good cabinet.

My budget for cabinet is 1.5k to 2k..
