[HELP]Cannot connect to MTNL modem setup screen..192.168.1.1

I am having MTNL modem DNA-A212 and since morning i was not able to connect to triband internet.
Even tried accessing the modem settings through 192.168.1.1 and even that page was not opening.
All the lights INET, DSL, WLAN, PWR are ON and i am using the LAN cable to connect the wifi modem to laptop.
So i eventually reset the modem from behind and again tried to connetc the 192.168.1.1 and still not being able to connect. I can successfully ping the modem but cannot open the webpage
Also now the INET light is not coming at all, i guess all my setups like user name, password must have got resetted.
Please help me in resolving this issue

^^ Yeah have contacted them, hopefully someone will come home to rectify issue/ change the modem.

But any clue why such a thing like not even being able to access the modem setup page happens ?
