Help, Can't Check My Bsnl Dataone Usage!!!

hi there,

as if the disconnections and high pings of Dataone were not enough , for the past 2 days i am not able to check my usage on the BSNL portal site 10.240.43.216 i have a Home 500 plan, and for the past two days whenever i want to check my usage i get this (see below)


is this problem peculiar to me :huh: or is anyone else (read Dataone Users) also experiencing this prob :S ?

why dont u go to dataone.in or use shaplus Dataone usage finder?

Mav, try this portal : http://10.240.16.195/webLogin.jsp (different from ur url). I am also a Home 500 user no problems here

Use DataOne Usage Finder. It's better than Shaplus (which is a little buggy, a lot of times it shows 2x or 1/2x of my actual usage).

DUF can also give you an estimate of the expected bill.
