hi every boby i got a sony dvd writer.the prob is i cant erase dvd rw .i tried all rewritable DVD s.no use.plz help.i am using nero.7

make sure ur DVD is not badly scratched from the start of the tracks.. and clean ur DVD and try again

no need to format then! just try to write on it. if it asks for format then format it!

Maybe the writer is faulty. You can return it to the place of purchase get a replacement. Do it soon and your dealer will replace it. Else, he may send it for repairs.
