Help : Charges for antivirus in 25 PCs

This query is on behalf of my brother's friend, in Thane.

MODs, please move this thread to appropriate section. I don't know where to put it.

He has a set-up of 25 PCs including a server. Only 3-4 PCs have net access, where they conduct online exams. All PCs are connected in LAN.
It's computer institute. Every student brings more virii (viruses ;)) than VB files in pen drives.
The guy maintaining the PCs is not much capable. Just good enough for carrying stuff from one room to other and reinstalling Win XP. But he can learn things.

We need to know following if outsourced, to some small firm.
1. Cost of Good Antivirus Software, preferably Kaspersky or Nod32 for 25 PCs in LAN.
2. Cost of general PC maintenance charges for 25 PCs, Networking stuff not included. Just antivirus s/w etc.

Expect 1000 or less per PC for the AV. Should be 600-700 ideally, plus your yearly AMC at 250-300.

I suggest you avoid using NOD32.
I had used it for 6 months and NOD32 could not detect a lot of virus's especially those which spread through autorun.inf

Now I am using Avira Premium for the last 10 months and I can confirm that it detects everything.
Kaspersky has very good detection ability too.

But Avira consumes lot less RAM when compared to Kaspersky.
