Help Choose an Engg. College...

Friends, I need a small help from you guys here.

My bro got around 40k rank in AIEEE this year and could not make it thru central counselling. However, he is planning to take addmission via one of state boards and got a college in Gwalior, MP.

The college is IITM (under ITM Group of colleges)< http://www.itmgoc.org/mainnew.asp > If anybody here is from MP or know a bit about this college please advice.

Also, with this rank is there any feasibility in other state boards? Thanks for any help you could offer. :)
