Help : Contacts Transfer....

Bought a new phone for dad and stuck with it....... Its a Motorola ex212 and the worst thing is that this phone doesnt have a phone manager software .:annoyed: , my dads old phone is a nokia and has some 700 contacts in it, so cant transfer to sim card and write to the moto, i have tried buying the DITS sim, a sim card reader(not DITS). nothing is working out, the software which came with the sim card reader needs the contacts in .txt. format... where as i have the back up in.vcf format in the computer...:annoyed:

Guys, Please tell me some solution to transfer the contacts...

the best bet is, use your sim.
afaik, a sim can hold 200-250 contacts. so, just copy the first 250 contacts by selecting multiple contacts and copy to sim. this feature is available in a very low priced nokia phones.
the insert in the other phone and move the entire contacts.
thats all, the only pita is selecting contacts one by one and some contacts are not properly copied.
